Who We Are
Owl-Do Virtual Services helps busy leaders stop drowning in daily operations and start focusing on growth.
We're a boutique virtual support team that brings structure to chaos. Our clients come to us overwhelmed: buried in email, answering the same questions repeatedly, managing everything themselves. They leave with clear systems, documented processes, and the breathing room to actually lead their businesses.
We don't just check tasks off lists. We build systems that stick, document what works, and train teams so improvements last beyond our involvement. You get a strategic partner who understands both the execution and the bigger picture.
Transforming Chaos into Clarity
Owl-Do began with a simple question: Why do smart business owners spend their best hours on admin work and endless follow-ups? After years of observing talented leaders buried in operations instead of strategy, we realized there had to be a better way. The challenge wasn't a lack of skills; it was the overwhelming workload that comes with running a business.
We started by offering reliable executive support paired with clear documentation. Our clients appreciated our work but often asked for more: project coordination, process mapping, and operational structure. They needed someone who could see how all the pieces fit together and keep everything moving forward.
Today, Owl-Do serves as the strategic right hand for small and mid-sized businesses. We connect the dots across tasks, SOPs, and team workflows. Our clients spend less time putting out fires and more time leading, growing, and focusing on what truly requires their expertise.
Meet the Team
Our team brings diverse backgrounds in business operations & systems, project management, and executive assistance. This variety allows us to provide well-rounded support tailored to the unique needs of each business we work with. Whether you need help streamlining internal systems, launching a new initiative, keeping your team on track, or managing your inbox and calendar, we work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly so you can stay organized, focused, and free to lead with confidence.
Here's who leads the work:
Andrea Spiskey, Owner
I started my career in hospitality at Marriott, where I quickly moved from assisting the Sales and Marketing team to leading two departments. I learned how to coordinate across functions, anticipate needs, and keep complex operations running smoothly.
After transitioning to the financial industry and then to a digital marketing agency, I discovered what I really loved: helping entrepreneurs stay focused on what they do best. I saw talented business owners spending their best hours on admin work, follow-ups, and operational details that kept them from actually leading their companies.
A supportive colleague encouraged me to pursue my own vision, and Owl-Do was born. I built this company to help busy leaders reclaim their time and freedom by taking operations, systems, and project management off their plates.
Today, I'm known for an intuitive, people-first approach to support. Whether I'm streamlining workflows, guiding a launch, or providing operations coaching, my goal is always to help clients work smarter, scale sustainably, and find more ease in their business.
Natalie Flood, Operations & Systems Manager
I help business owners turn overwhelming operations into clear, manageable workflows that teams can actually follow. When projects stall, processes live in people's heads, or you're not sure why work keeps getting stuck, I find the gaps and build solutions that stick.
After two decades of experience in project management and business process analysis across multiple industries, I can quickly spot where work gets stuck and why teams keep hitting the same roadblocks. My approach is straightforward: ask the right questions, document the process step-by-step clearly, and build processes your team can follow without constantly asking for help.
You get practical systems that make daily work easier and knowledge that stays in your business even when people change roles. No theoretical frameworks that look impressive but fail in real use. just clear steps that work.
